Terms of Service

• A free account gets you 3 scrapes a month, no card required.
• Solo and Pro are paid subscriptions, billed by Stripe, cancel any time.
• Leads you scrape are yours — readable, exportable and sendable, on any plan, forever, including after you cancel.
• Sending cold email is your responsibility to do lawfully. The app enforces some of that; the rest is on you.
• The software itself is source-available under a separate license, not this one — see the repository's LICENSE file.

Kollin Croyle operates Lead Scraper. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms with Kollin Croyle. Reach us at [email protected].

An account is required to scrape, because the free allowance is counted on our server — a counter kept only on your Mac would be a file you could delete. You need to give us a working email address and keep your credentials to yourself; you're responsible for activity that happens under your account. One account per person or business is expected; don't create extras to get around the free-plan limit.

• Free: 3 scrapes per calendar month, no card, resetting on the 1st.
• Solo: $9 billed monthly, or $90 billed annually.
• Pro: $49 billed monthly, or $490 billed annually.

Stripe handles payment; we never see or store your card details. A subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings → Account — you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops to the free plan. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires it; if something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll sort it out.

We can change prices going forward. If you're on a subscription, a price change takes effect at your next renewal at the earliest, and we'll tell you before it does.

Business data you scrape, the notes and statuses you add, and the emails you draft or send are yours. On Solo and Pro we hold a synced copy so your other Macs can read it — that's a service we provide at your direction, not a claim of ownership. You keep full access to everything you've scraped on any plan, including after you cancel, since it's exported to files on your own Mac rather than kept only in an account we could switch off.

Business names, addresses, phone numbers and similar details are sourced from public listings, largely via OpenStreetMap contributors. We don't claim ownership over that underlying public data — only over the software that finds, scores and presents it to you.

Cold email you send through Lead Scraper is sent from your own mailbox, under your own domain — we never see the message and it never passes through our infrastructure. That also means the legal obligations around sending it are yours, not ours, including the US CAN-SPAM Act and, if you contact anyone in the UK or EEA, GDPR.

• Don't try to get around the free-plan scrape limit — multiple accounts, automated signups, or anything built to defeat the meter.
• Don't use the app to scrape or contact anyone for harassment, fraud, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for competing-service purposes, or overload the backend that serves the app.
• Don't resell access to your account or share paid-tier credentials outside your own business.

The app itself is source-available, not covered by this agreement — cloning, forking and self-hosting terms are in the repository's own LICENSE file, not here.

Lead Scraper is provided as is. We don't guarantee that any business you scrape is actually a good prospect, that a contact address we find is current, that Apple Intelligence's drafts are accurate or appropriate to send unedited, or that any given email will be delivered or answered. Software has bugs; we fix the ones we find, but we can't promise the app will always be available or error-free.

To the extent the law allows it, Kollin Croyle isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Lead Scraper — lost business, lost leads, or a sequence that sent (or didn't send) the way you expected. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100 if you were on the free plan.

You can stop using Lead Scraper and delete your account at any time — email [email protected] and we'll action it the same way described in the privacy policy. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaks the acceptable-use terms above, normally with notice and a chance to fix it first, except where the misuse is severe enough that waiting would cause real harm.

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we'll email the address on your account before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
